Unfortunately, not everyone is aware that the funding programme “Safety and Environmental Protection in Companies” (formerly De-minimis) exists for businesses and owners and users of "heavy commercial vehicles" over 7.5 tonnes.
When companies invest in the safety of their fleet and implement vehicle-related measures such as retrofitting assistance systems, it is possible to make use of this funding programme.
In practical terms, this means that businesses can receive a non-repayable grant covering up to 80% of their investment costs.
An example of eligible measures is our AI-Eye camera with integrated people detection, which can easily be retrofitted by your own workshop or a service partner.
Now is the ideal time to invest in security.
The cameras can be attached to the rear, sides, or front of your commercial vehicles. You or your drivers can decide which view is displayed, for example, when reversing. Thus, only the rear camera, or also the two side cameras, can be displayed on the monitor. The warning zones, in which the drivers are warned visually and acoustically that people are in the danger zone, can be individually set according to your needs.
Up to four cameras can be installed per monitor.
