IOspot MinIQ – Compact radio system for reliable collision warning

IOspot MinIQ is a compact and economical anti-collision system with a clear focus on everything you need for your vehicles in warehousing, logistics, and production environments.
It detects vehicles, people and, optionally, stationary infrastructure modules, and warns drivers visually and audibly via the smart LCD display as soon as a risk is present within the detection area.
If necessary, MinIQ triggers automatic speed reductions, thereby significantly contributing to collision avoidance.

Immediate warning in daily warehouse operations

The IOspot MinIQ permanently monitors the defined vehicle area and reacts automatically as soon as an object approaches.
About the easily recognisable TFTDisplay and an acoustic signal generator provides the driver with clear feedback on the situation – intuitively and without distracting from driving.

When another vehicle or a passenger module approaches, MinIQ checks the distance to the set point in real time Warnzone.
If this is exceeded, an optical and acoustic warning will be triggered immediately. Should the vehicle or person Protection zone When this is reached, the system switches to a higher warning level and automatically reduces the driving speed until the area is safe again.

This is how the IOspot MinIQ works

MinIQ continuously monitors the area around the vehicle and reacts fully automatically. If the system detects an approach, it assesses the distance and activates the appropriate warning level – as a visual and acoustic warning and optionally by reducing the driving speed.

Stationary installed modules can also own switching operations trigger – for example, via timers or additional sensors.
On the vehicle side, MinIQ can be connected with external sensors and actuators expand to integrate advanced functions such as automatic lift height detection = no entry, or buttons for manual gate control.
