Immediate warning in daily warehouse operations

The IOSpot TraffIQ System is in a functional Hemispherical mirror installed, which not only improves visibility but also serves as a carrier for an intelligent radio module. It detects vehicles within the configurable detection range of 1 to 20 meters and can, depending on the setting all vehicles in the area of automatic deceleration - or only intervene when at least two vehicles being there simultaneously (TwinSense logic).

Circular 360° LED display makes the situation visible to everyone:

This is how IOSpot TraffIQ works

The system permanently monitors the intersection around the mirror via radio and reacts immediately as soon as vehicles enter the defined detection area.
Depending on the configuration, TraffIQ triggers a display on the all-round LED system and initiates stationary or vehicle-side speed reductions.

Through integration into the hemispheric mirror, all employees receive additional orientation, even if vehicles „around the corner“ herannafahren.
At the same time, TraffIQ can, when vehicles approach Take on, e.g. for warning lights, gates or time-controlled processes – ideal for dynamic warehouse areas. Sensors and actuators the system can be expanded and developed into an intelligent security point.
